Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12 step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain or addiction of any kind. The purpose of New Hope’s Celebrate Recovery Ministry is to provide fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the EIGHT RECOVERY PRINCIPLES. This experience allows us to “be changed.” We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our lives’ problems. By working and applying these biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power – Jesus Christ, the one and only true Higher Power.

1. One person to clean the CR Nursery once a week. It takes less than an hour.
2. One or two people to help set up the Coffee Cafe. It can be done any time after 6 PM on Tuesdays. The Cafe starts at 8 PM every Tuesday.
3. One person to help with our babies – preschoolers in our Nursery. We are expecting to grow this fall and need an extra hand!
4. People to assist in Celebration Place, our K – 5th grade childcare program. This fall Challen Kalinowski will be leading Celebration Place and will need assistance. This is a great program for the kids whose parents attend CR. The kids will learn to sing and dance fun songs about God. They will learn to express their feelings in a safe way; do crafts and play games; have lessons relating to what their parents are learning in Large Group.
If you would like to volunteer in any of these areas, please email email@example.com.
